Full-wrap cover dimensions

Your cover file holds back cover + spine + front cover plus 0.125 in of bleed on each outside edge, so its width depends on page count and paper. For example, at 300 pages on white paper a 6" × 9" cover is 12.9256 × 9.25 in. All values below are computed from KDP's formula.

Spine width, 100–500 pages

Spine width is page count × paper thickness (0.002252 in/page white, 0.0025 in/page cream) — it doesn't depend on trim size. Real values, drawn to scale:
